Returns & Exchanges
To return an unwanted item, contact us as soon as possible with your intent, by phone or email, then simply complete the returns form supplied with your delivery and enclose it with the returned goods attaching the address label provided. Help the environment by recycling the original postal bag for your return. We recommend you return your goods using a trackable or insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Products returned from outside the EU must be marked Returned Goods and a duly completed customs declaration form (available from Post Offices) which contains the words British Returned Goods in the contents description must be affixed, stating that the products are being returned as they are either unwanted or faulty. If the correct documentation is not completed the Customer will be liable for any Customs or Import duties charged. We will not accept any parcel which has a customs charge payable.
We are happy to exchange or refund most items, providing they are returned to us unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to extend this return time for International returns to within 21 days of receipt, contact us as soon as possible with your intent so we know to expect your item(s). If you require a little longer to accomodate dress fittings, please let us know. If you are outwith our returns time, up to a maximum of 28 days, an exchange or credit note will be offered at our discretion.
Refunds shall be for the cost of the unwanted goods returned and will be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase within 30 days of us receiving them. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your return and a further email when your refund has been processed. You are responsible for both the cost and safe return of the goods. We regret we are unable to refund postage and packing costs unless the goods are found to be faulty or sent in error. * Free postage is offered on the condition of a completed sale. If your order qualified for free postage and is returned as unwanted or unsuitable, we reserve the right to deduct the £3.95 postage and packing costs originally paid by Arabesque. Where we are liable for your return postage, we will refund the charge you incurred within a reasonable amount.
Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly and efficiently provide a suitable alternative. 1st exchanges, up to a maximum of 1 pair are sent free of charge within the UK. Subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage at your expense. Overseas exchanges will be charged at the standard applicable rate. If the exchange shoes are still unsuitable and returned for refund, we will deduct £3.95 postage charges originally paid by Arabesque. The 'free' postage is offered on the condition of sale where, if the goods are returned the offer becomes null and void.
It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of any goods. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if an item is returned unsuitable for resale. In this case we would arrange for the goods to be returned to you at your expense. In some cases we reserve the right to offer a partial refund by deducting a percentage of the retail value in relation to the damage present.
Exceptions to our returns policy are: made to order, special order or bespoke items and includes items which have been dyed. These items are non returnable.
Footpetal products will only be accepted for return if unopened and unused due to hygene reasons.
We cannot always guarantee availability of our sale items due to the limited sizes and styles. Please note that all sale items have either been discontinued, are samples or ex display where marks may be present and have been priced accordingly. This should in no way be viewed as a fault as the item is still fit for purpose. Please follow our returns procedure.
