UK standard delivery including Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
£3.95 up to a maximum of 2 pairs.
UK Postage is free on the following ranges:
Diane Hassall and Rainbow Couture, up to a maximum of 2 pairs.
Europe Priority Airsure delivery
£11.95 up to a maximum of 2 pairs.
Goods will be despatched within 48 hours of order acknowledgement and will arrive within 3-5 working days. Any delivery timescales are provided as an estimate and are subject to stock availability. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Orders will be despatched complete unless otherwise requested.
For orders over 2 pairs, especially for comparison purposes, we will contact you prior to despatch and will be delighted to advise on style and sizing to help you order with confidence. It is our policy to ship a maximum of 2 pairs per order for comparison purposes as we want you to order with confidence. If you are struggling to narrow down your choices please let us help, we have years of experience and product knowledge to guide you to your perfect shoe... and remember 1st exchanges are sent free of charge up to a maximum of 1 pair. Volume orders may incur additional postage charges.
All goods are sent using a trackable service and will require a signature on delivery. We are happy to send to an alternative address.
